Brief Description

– Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the store inventory at any given time. Acts as the officer-in-charge
in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.

Requirement(s)

– At least Associate Degree or two years in college or technical school
– At least one year related experience
– Knowledgeable in SAP system is a plus
– Acts as officer-in-charge in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
– Supervise the stockman in observing the standard good receipts, merchandise transfer, and returns processes
– Observing the standard procedure and timeline for the scheduled Annual Physical count and cycle count
– Observes proper handling of merchandise in the stockroom and selling area
Support the store team in observing the proper implementation of products merchandising activities that include, but are not limited to, price change and shelf sets/replacement

Brief Description

– Leads the store in the achievement of business targets through sales plan achievement, OPEX management, inventory monitoring, customer happiness, and management of PCD programs on talent acquisition, development, timekeeping, engagement and compliance

Requirement(s)

– Bachelor’s degree in Management or any equivalent
– At least three (3) years related experience preferable in a retail store. Has managed a team of at least 8 persons
– Ensures the 100% achievement of store sales plan through relevant and quality assessment of stores and development of feasible plans and programs
– With the new normal, the Store Manager shall implement applicable on-site and off-site innovative revenue-generating initiatives, such as but not limited to online selling, handling of corporate orders, etc.
– Ensures the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by practicing the set of customer service standards while attending the customer inquiries and needs.

Brief Description

– Leads the store in the achievement of business targets through implementation of merchandising display, monitoring inventor and AIT and off site selling and online initiatives. Acts as officer-in-charge in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirement(s)

– Bachelor’s degree in Management or any equivalent
– At least two (2) years related experience in sales and visual merchandising implementation preferably in a retail store. Has managed at least 8 persons.
– Oversees the accurate movement and processing of merchandise ordering and replenishment is the selling area.
– Monitors the compliance of the inventory team to barcoding, scanning SOP’s through inspection and assessment of proper tagging and placement; reports non-compliance to the superior
– Prepares and participate in monthly business review data to be updated with the category sales, performance and make recommendation to improve area of productivity
